Data Strategy Analyst

Join FINMAR’s Ipswich-based technical management team and help develop the data, reporting and analytical capabilities that support WTW’s global Financial Lines market proposition. FINMAR supports selected insurers writing Financial Lines coverages through WTW’s FINEX Global broking team, providing data analytics, carrier advocacy, pipeline management and reporting across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. This role helps maintain and improve the systems, data environments and reporting products that underpin FINMAR’s global service. The opportunity would suit someone who is analytical, technically curious and detail-focused, with an interest in data strategy, reporting, automation and AI-enabled technologies. The Role: Develop a strong understanding of FINMAR data, platforms, applications and reporting environments. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical and analytical solutions. Support product, reporting and service improvements, including guidance for support teams. Build reporting solutions for urgent or complex requirements and transition them for ongoing maintenance. Support IT and data-related projects, applying testing, validation and audit techniques to maintain data quality. Manage stakeholder expectations clearly and spend regular time working with colleagues in the Ipswich office
