KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather requirements & write user stories (BDD) Partner with traders, ops & tech teams Analyze processes, design workflows, review UI/UX Document BRDs, test plans, and status reporting MUST-HAVE SKILLS BA experience in trading platforms (OMS/EMS, FIX protocol) Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle & connectivity Hands-on with cash equities, derivatives, FX workflows SQL fluency; Python reading is an advantage Excellent communication & documentation skills NICE TO HAVE Scrum Master certification
