What you get in return Flexible cooperation model Hybrid work setup – 8 days per month in the office in Kraków - remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements Collaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge Continuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more High quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided Daily tasks: - Build, design, and implement full-stack solutions aligned with client’s architecture and controls. - Participate in all phases of development: analysis, design, coding, testing, UAT support, production deployment, and operations. - Take ownership of technical direction, code quality, and performance optimizations across systems. - Collaborate with business SMEs and Solution Architects to understand requirements and shape roadmaps. - Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code with strong adherence to engineering best practices. - Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and operational readiness for smooth releases. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing, and improve engineering standards. - Contribute to incident management and root-cause analysis when required. 6+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including Agile and Waterfall environments. Strong Java development and Spring Framework expertise (including RESTful API development). Experience with system integrations and migration projects; exposure to full-stack approaches is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile frameworks (e.g., DAD, Agile Control Framework). Strong knowledge of databases : Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible). Proficiency with Git/GitHub , Confluence, Jira, and SonarQube or equivalents. Testing practices: JUnit, automated testing frameworks. Comfortable providing production support and improving system reliability . Nice to Have: Experience with Spring Cloud, MuleSoft , or Seeburger BIS integrations. Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis , or containerization (Docker). Understanding of EDI workflows, microservices architecture, and API management. Hands-on with test automation and monitoring tools .
