Business Intelligence Consultant – TIBCO Spotfire & Power BI Eindhoven, Netherlands Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months Requirement ID: 10929046 Status: Open About the Role A leading enterprise in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO Spotfire and Microsoft Power BI . This role focuses on designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-grade dashboards, interactive analytics, and scalable data models that drive actionable insights across business units. You will work closely with stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to ensure BI solutions are accurate, performant, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-oriented, capable of bridging raw data with strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and enhance interactive dashboards , reports, and visual analytics using TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI. Develop data models , transformations, and reusable datasets to support enterprise reporting. Integrate data from multiple sources using Spotfire, SQL, and Power BI pipelines. Lead or support the migration of legacy Spotfire reports into the Power BI ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and functional parity. Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI deliverables. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI outputs. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for BI dashboards and data models. Required Competencies TIBCO Spotfire (Advanced) Microsoft Power BI (Advanced) BI Data Visualization & Analytics SQL for data integration and transformation Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Essential Skills & Experience 8–10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI Strong background in dashboard development , data modeling , and data transformation Experience integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, enterprise systems) Ability to lead or support BI migration projects (Spotfire Power BI) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights Experience working with business stakeholders to define BI requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Desirable Skills Experience in large enterprise BI environments Knowledge of data governance and metadata management Familiarity with cloud-based BI deployments (Azure preferred) Experience with performance tuning and BI optimization techniques Location Eindhoven, Netherlands (TNDL – Eindhoven) Hybrid/Onsite depending on project needs.
