We are seeking a talented Optical Lead to join our dynamic team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge optical coherent transponder cards. As an optical engineer focused on Optical Transponder optical integration and oDVT (optical design verification test), you will play a crucial role in design, bringing up optimal performance and ensuring the optical performance and quality. Lead the integration process of optical modules into optical line cards and ensuring optical performance. Develop key calibration procedures for various optical modules. Collaborate with XF team to improve the performance. Develop and implement testing methodologies to evaluate key performance for coherent line modules. Create detailed technical documentation, including test plans, test procedures and test reports.
