Project Management Officer

Qualification : Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields At least 3 years of experience in Software Project Management, system development and application design. Good command of English. Pleasant personality and good communication skill Basic technology skills to work with project and office tools; i.e., Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Project planning and Management Manage the project definition for scope, objectives, feasibility. Plan to ensure resource mobility including timeline, availability, and resource allocation. Manage internal resources and third parties vendors for the execution of projects. Regularly report project progress and escalate issues to team leaders and above as required. Project execution Manage assessment of project performance. Manage team to ensure all projects delivered on-time within scope and budget. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Manage project issues or any problems in a timely manner. Project Control and Closure Assess and evaluate progress toward project plan and objectives. Assess risk and mitigation plan. Determining the cause of deviations from plan. Propose a recovery plan to team leaders to bring the project back on track. Manage project evaluation and improvement. Manage project close down to ensure deliverable complete and issues resolved/closed.
