FP&A Manager (Insurance)

FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role partners closely with senior management and business teams to deliver financial insights, ensure financial discipline, and improve overall financial outcomes Key Responsibilities  Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide clear variance analysis and actionable insights. Partner closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and commercial teams to support pricing, portfolio management, and profitability analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, reinsurance decisions, and scenario analysis. Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders. Act as a finance business partner to functional and commercial teams, supporting strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
