Marketing Specialist

Arounda is a design & development partner for enterprise platform modernization. Founded in 2016, we’re a multidisciplinary team of product designers, UX strategists, and front-end engineers. Over the past 10 years, we've delivered 500+ platform initiatives for enterprises, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies, including WordPress, Chalhoub Group, Greif, Player's Health, Myso Finance, and others. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and maintain our ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, performance, and steady growth across all current activities. What to do: This role involves supporting in executing marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, combining hands-on coordination with a solid understanding of digital channels and campaign performance. What you will need to do: Manage and support activity on Dribbble and Behance: upload shots, write descriptions, and coordinate with external creatives. Upload prepared content to social media, ensure creatives align with brand guidelines, and execute mass commenting and following strategies to boost organic reach. Assisting in the analysis of post-campaign performance and marketing activities. Manage marketing tools and platforms: Become proficient in using marketing tools, social media dashboards, and other relevant software. Stay updated on industry trends: stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Required Skills: A minimum of 1 years experience in marketing in outsourcing companies (preferably with international IT companies). Able to generate ideas and effectively deal with ambiguity. Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and a commitment to excellence. Upper intermediate English and higher. Team player and quick learner with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
