Application Support Engineer

We're looking for Application Support Engineer / Windows System Administrator to join our client's project Daily tasks: - Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for Windows-based Pensions systems and related infrastructure. - Support the deployment of application releases, patches, and configuration changes across test and production environments. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows Server and MS SQL Server issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams when required. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, system procedures, and disaster recovery documentation. - Support IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management, and coordinate technical activities with Site Services and other support teams. Windows Server: Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues). Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs). Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments). Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management or ServiceNow). Must have: Windows Server, MS SQL
