Rate:
Mid/Senior (5-10 years of experience): up to 134 PLN/h net + VAT
Expert (10+ years of experience): up to 152 PLN/h net + VAT
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of vehicle features, ensuring successful implementation and alignment across teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions and systems.
Analyze customer requirements and transform them into detailed technical specifications.
Define feature parameters and functionality according to customer expectations.
Coordinate internal engineering teams and external vendors during feature implementation.
Support feature calibration and tuning activities directly on vehicles.
Evaluate feature performance during test drives and validation activities.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, test engineers, and system architects.
Participate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.
Act as a technical point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
Contribute to technical innovation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Deliver work in accordance with quality standards, project timelines, and organizational processes.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain the highest professional standards.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science , or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of electronics and electronic measurement principles.
Knowledge of microcontrollers and software development fundamentals.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems using a structured and methodical approach.
Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa) standards and practices.
Understanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features and technologies.
Experience working with automotive electronics.
Previous experience in the automotive industry.
Python programming skills.
