DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are looking for a service-oriented SAP L1 Support Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. You will be responsible for day-to-day support operations, user enablement, issue resolution, and training delivery. The role also involves working with ticketing tools like JIRA and contributing to documentation and process improvement. Close work with an AMS partner, including ticket triage and review meetings. Some involvement in UAT tasks whilst the project is rolled out to new countries. As the Services Sales Manager, you will: Drive the strategic and operational growth of Exclusive Networks’ Professional Services, Educational Services, Support and Financial Services portfolio across the Nordic region. Act as the primary Services Ambassador for partners, vendors, and internal sales teams. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with existing and new resellers, integrators, MSPs, and strategic partners. Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partners, vendor sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with regional revenue objectives. Generate, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Work closely with Vendor Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to position and sell services opportunities. Support partners in identifying customer challenges and aligning Professional, Educational, and Financial Services to customer business outcomes. Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, statements of work, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, providing clear visibility into pipeline progression and revenue expectations. Lead customer and partner meetings, workshops, business reviews, and sales enablement activities. Identify market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities to support regional growth strategies. Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers across multiple countries, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the services business throughout the Nordics. Travel throughout the Nordic region when required to support partners, customers, vendors, and business development initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About You Minimum 5 years of experience in services sales, channel sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role within the IT industry. Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and developing sales pipelines. High level technical awareness and knowledge of cyber security and positioning of solutions. Experience working within the IT channel ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, vendors, system integrators, or managed service providers. Experience selling or promoting Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Security Services, Training Services, or related technology solutions. Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue and pipeline objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging with decision-makers at all levels, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Strong negotiation, opportunity management, and forecasting skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a regional, multi-country environment. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Fluent English is required, together with fluency in the local language of the country of residence (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, depending on location). Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Nordic region when required.
