WE ARE HIRING : Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Software Development Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex, data-driven digital products. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, particularly within data-heavy environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from research to final delivery Design dashboards, analytics interfaces, and complex user workflows Translate complex data into clear, user-friendly visual experiences Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development Participate in Agile ceremonies and product discussions Stay updated with latest UX trends and emerging technologies Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design Experience in data-heavy applications, FinTech, EdTech, or complex systems will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Slack) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend frameworks is an added advantage Ready to take your career to new heights?
