IT Support Officer

About the role Our Auckland office is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver responsive IT support across Australia and New Zealand, managing helpdesk requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all incidents are effectively logged, resolved, or escalated through our IT service management system. As part of the Kiwa Group, we're backed by a global network of 12,000+ staff across 35+ countries What You'll Need 3+ years' experience in an IT support, service desk, or similar role, with experience working within ITIL and ITSM environments. Microsoft certifications and hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security tools, and Windows 10/11. Strong understanding of cyber security, networking, remote access technologies, and connectivity troubleshooting. Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining business applications and end-user technologies. Exposure to a range of IT tools and platforms, including Jira, Confluence, PowerApps, Power BI, PowerShell, Microsoft Endpoint, and SOE deployments. Excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience supporting civil engineering or industry-specific applications will be highly regarded.
