Requirements: Commercial experience at a Middle+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks; Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level. Hard skills: Experience with AdTech / RTB / DSP; Experience with CTR/performance optimization using data-driven methods; Strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis; Strong Python / ML stack background; Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Soft skills: Product-oriented mindset focused on measurable impact; Data-driven decision making; Ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives; Accountability for performance outcomes.
