Staff Backend Engineer – Real-time Systems

We are looking for an experienced Staff Backend Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to join a team building high-performance real-time systems operating at scale. You will play a key role in designing and evolving backend architecture, solving complex engineering challenges and driving technical decisions across the platform. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping shape scalable solutions, engineering standards and best practices.
