Product Responsible Engineer - Drilling Fluids

National Oilwell Varco Norway AS is seeking a Principal Product Responsible Engineer to join our Fluid Automation team and take ownership of the DORS Automation platform. The role is responsible for driving the full product lifecycle—from concept and roadmap definition through development, release, and continuous improvement—while aligning the solution with NOV’s strategic objectives and customer needs. You will lead the implementation of new features, ensure seamless integration with third-party automation tools, and help deliver high-quality process-control software to NOV’s global customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners, you will shape the product roadmap, support commercialization, and maintain the platform’s competitive position in the market.
