Position Title: Data Scientist Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid - 1-2 days on-site per week) Are you passionate about leveraging data to transform customer experiences? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to meet business objectives. Design predictive models to improve response times and customer satisfaction. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and lead data-driven initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of various initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.). 2-4 years of experience in data analytics and automation. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or similar tools for data mining and predictive modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively.
