Project Cost Controller

Contract Duration: 6 months Work Location: Singapore Job Purpose: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring effective budget management, accurate forecasting and timely identification of cost risks. Key Responsibilities: Manage project forecast, commitment tracking, change control and AFE tracking. Prepare weekly cost reports and Forecast at Completion (FAC). Monitor project budget, commitments and expenditure against approved budgets. Track and manage change orders and assess cost impacts. Provide cost reporting for SG gate reporting. Identify cost risks and support appropriate mitigation measures. Work closely with project and commercial teams to maintain effective cost controls. Requirements: Relevant experience in offshore EPC or marine projects. Strong experience in project cost control, forecasting and budget management. Experience with AFE, change orders and commitment tracking. Power BI experience is preferred.
