About the Role Remote Scouts is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Business Development Executive to lead the acquisition of new enterprise clients for our staffing, staff augmentation, and BPO services. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities (15+ seats) within our core industries, including healthcare, legal, ARM/collections, and financial/insurance services. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with extensive experience in full-cycle B2B sales, enterprise prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. This individual will leverage industry connections, AI-powered sales tools, and strategic outreach to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients (15+ seats) for staffing, staff augmentation, and BPO solutions. Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, discovery meetings, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and client onboarding. Utilize AI-powered prospecting and sales intelligence tools to identify hiring signals, build target account lists, and generate qualified opportunities. Represent Remote Scouts at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate enterprise pipeline and strengthen market presence. Develop and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing structures, and service proposals. Position Remote Scouts' solutions around quality, compliance, scalability, and skills-based hiring rather than price or speed alone. Educate prospective clients on offshore, nearshore, dedicated-team, and staff augmentation delivery models. Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional service offerings. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting metrics. Stay informed on industry trends, labor market shifts, competitive landscapes, and M&A activity impacting target industries. KPIs Activity Metrics Enterprise account focus: 15+ seats per client engagement Book 4-6 qualified enterprise meetings per week Maintain 8-15% outbound response rates through personalized outreach Achieve 60-80% meeting attendance rates Pipeline & Conversion Metrics Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage against quota Conversion Targets: Discovery → Demo: 60-70% Demo → Proposal: 40-50% Proposal → Close: 30-40% Achieve and maintain a 25-30%+ win rate Revenue & Growth Metrics Close 1 enterprise account (15+ seats) within the first 6 months Consistently close 1 new enterprise account per quarter thereafter Drive new revenue and bookings from net-new clients Maintain LTV:CAC ratio of 3:1 or higher Achieve client retention and expansion targets First 90 Days Complete onboarding and ramp-up to full productivity Build a sales pipeline equivalent to 3-4x quota coverage Consistently achieve weekly activity KPIs for four consecutive weeks First 12 Months Establish a sustainable enterprise sales pipeline Close and onboard targeted enterprise accounts Maintain target win rates and revenue goals Secure at least one new client in a strategic growth vertical such as legal or financial/insurance services Requirements 5-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience within staffing, staff augmentation, BPO, RPO, or workforce solutions. Proven track record of generating net-new business and closing enterprise-level accounts. Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and onboarding. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience selling services to U.S.-based organizations. Familiarity with offshore, nearshore, dedicated-team, and staff augmentation delivery models. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. Experience utilizing AI-assisted sales and prospecting tools. Strong presentation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Must be based in the United States. Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. Existing relationships within healthcare, legal, ARM/collections, or financial/insurance industries are highly preferred.
