Strong Middle Freelance Recruiter

Hi! We're expanding our network of freelance recruiters to help us find great people for our projects and clients. What you'll do Source and prospect candidates for open positions, from Junior to C-level Run initial screening interviews and present qualified candidates Move candidates through to the technical stage in close collaboration with our internal recruitment team Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in tech, product or outsourcing/outstaffing companies A strong professional network of IT specialists and the ability to reach passive candidates through it Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, referrals) Ability to assess candidates' technical background at the screening level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) to Advanced (C1) English Independence, reliability and transparent communication What we offer Competitive placement bonuses for every successful hire, scaled by seniority level An additional Engagement Fee for active search work, so your effort is rewarded, not only closed positions Diverse roles across tech, AI, fintech, healthcare and education Fully remote, flexible collaboration Bonus and fee details are shared with candidates during the first call.
