IT Procurement Project Manager – Falck Global Procurement
Описание от работодателя
Do you want to drive strategic sourcing and commercial governance across a global IT spend? Can you lead contract negotiations and supplier governance? And are you a structured procurement professional with strong stakeholder management skills? Then, join Falck and bring care into your career!
About the job
To strengthen Falck’s commercial foundations and support our IT digitalisation journey, we are looking for an IT Procurement Project Manager to join our Global Procurement team.
We are a highly collaborative and diverse team of 15 procurement professionals from various nationalities and backgrounds. We balance high professional standards with an informal, fun atmosphere, focusing on delivering results while actively supporting your growth and celebrating our collective achievements. You will join a procurement department that is highly advanced in its use of AI, and it will be an integrated part of how you work every day.
At Falck, we turn care into action by building trusted commercial partnerships that help our teams deliver smarter, safer and more efficient services.
You will be a central commercial partner in Falck’s IT digitalisation journey, and your key responsibilities will be to:
Manage end-to-end IT sourcing and contract negotiations across hardware, software/SaaS, cloud and telecom with a focus on bringing both savings and efficiency
Lead commercial governance for key suppliers, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and resolution of significant commercial escalations
Drive cost optimisation and total cost of ownership across the IT supplier portfolio
Partner with Legal, Compliance and Finance on contracting and compliance matters
Collaborate with global IT stakeholders across the US, LATAM, EU and Nordics to align sourcing with business needs.
About you
We care about your personal growth. At Falck, you will build and deepen your expertise through training, exciting assignments or projects that tackle the healthcare challenges people and societies are facing.
Success in this role means building trusted relationships while firmly protecting Falck’s commercial interests. A structured, self-starting mindset and strong drive are key to bringing order to a still-forming IT category spanning four regions, even without prior IT-specific sourcing exposure.
You might not be seasoned in all aspects of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you already have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Proven project management skills and execution drive
Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse, global stakeholder groups
High motivation for – and capable of – running multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with strategic sourcing and procurement project management is an advantage
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Danish or Spanish will be considered an advantage.

Whether you develop or deliver healthcare solutions – or support the people who do – you will have the chance to build a career in a leading healthcare company. Working with a global team of more than 25,000 colleagues that puts care at the heart of everything they do.
