WE ARE HIRING : Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Engineering & Software Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence. This role focuses on promoting technical solutions, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a fast-paced engineering and software environment. Key Responsibilities Promote and market service solutions and maintenance contracts to clients Visit potential and existing customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer support Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to forecast sales trends Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth Support after-sales service coordination and client satisfaction initiatives Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) or a related field Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles Exposure to engineering, technical products, or software solutions will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Result-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently in a demanding environment Strong market awareness and business acumen Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage Ready to take your career to new heights?
