You will be responsible for designing and developing complex, scalable web applications from end-to-end, leveraging a diverse polyglot stack including Go, and/or JavaScript with React. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding and architectural design. What you will get hands-on with: Building high-concurrency backend systems in Go Modern React frontend with state management (Redux or Context API) Working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Cloud-native deployment on AWS, containerised with Docker Designing and integrating secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs End-to-end development in a polyglot environment with a focus on scalability Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Our expectations of the candidate: Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience , with at least 3 years in full-stack development Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Go for building high-concurrency systems Frontend Expertise: Advanced skills in React and JavaScript , including state management (Redux or Context API) Database Proficiency: Proven experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) and MongoDB Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containerization ( Docker ) and cloud platforms such as AWS Tools: Familiarity with modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) English: Upper-Intermediate Soft skills: Strong ownership mindset and accountability Ability to balance backend depth with frontend usability Effective communication in cross-functional teams Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving attitude and continuous learning mindset Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities and tasks: System Design: Architect and develop robust, scalable microservices and APIs using Go and JavaScript. Frontend Excellence: Lead the development of responsive and performant user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage data models across both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. API Development: Build and integrate secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between client and server. Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for engineering best practices like CI/CD and automated testing. Reliability: Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for maximum speed and scalability.
