Junior System Administrator (Active Directory, Windows)

As a System Administrator, you will: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues PC and Software installation and configuration as well as software patching for end users Manage and maintain the video conferencing equipment in the office Manage and maintain scripts for log backup or server backup Manage organization user accounts, network routers, switches, firewalls and virtual servers. Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders Support in automating workflow by scripting Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology Required Skillset You should get in touch if: You hold a degree in computer science, information technology, information engineering or related discipline You have at least 2+ years relevant experience in IT industry You are passionate about learning new technology You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration, troubleshooting, network device and hardware Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
