Retention Team Lead

Responsibilities Develop and launch retention strategies for different player segments, including VIP Analyze D1 / D7 / D30, repeat deposits, and player behavior Launch and optimize bonuses, offers, and promotions together with CRM, Promo Manager, and product team Reactivate 'sleeping' players Test hypotheses and conduct A/B tests Build a team: interviews, hiring, onboarding Requirements Experience as a Retention Team Lead or CRM Manager in iGaming / Gambling Experience building retention from scratch and leading a team Willingness to work hands-on at the start Segmentation, bonus mechanics, CRM tools Experience with VIP players, A/B testing, and understanding of bonus hunters is a plus Conditions Remote work format Direction that you build from scratch Salary based on interview results
