This hands-on opportunity lets aspiring finance professionals contribute directly to our rapid growth. ​ Responsibilities QuickBooks Support Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks with high accuracy. Handle data entry tasks and collaborate with the finance team for consistent reporting. ​ Financial Documentation Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices. Support preparation of financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations. Data Analysis Extract and analyze financial data to spot trends and discrepancies. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making. ​ Communication and Collaboration Work with team members and departments to gather financial information. Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements. Qualifications Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Mandatory familiarity with QuickBooks; experience in tech startup finance is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication for remote team collaboration.
