About the role As a Slot Game Developer at Pixi, you will be responsible for building and improving HTML5 slot games using Pixi.js and TypeScript. Your work will involve developing game mechanics, integrating with gaming APIs, and ensuring optimal performance across mobile devices.

From the employer Development of the client side of slot games using Pixi.js/TypeScript: scenes, states, UI, animations, effects, transitions.
Implementation of game mechanics: reels, lines, cascades, sticky, respin, hold&win, bonus rounds (depending on the project).
Integration with gaming API: bets, spins, results, bonuses, autospin, history, session recovery.
Organization of asset pipeline: atlases (TexturePacker), fonts, preloading, memory management, resource versioning.
Performance optimization (FPS/memory), profiling, leak fixing, stability on iOS/Android browsers.
Support of the common core/framework: reusable modules, configurability, documentation, code review.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, experience in game development or high-load interactive web applications.
Practical experience with Pixi.js: containers, sprites, text, masks, filters, interaction, texture management.
Understanding of game cycle (update/render), event model, timings, and animations.
Experience with build and delivery: Vite/Webpack, Git, basic CI/CD discipline (at project level).
