Your work will empower our partners and enhance customer experiences through innovative solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Your mission Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to iterate fast on customer-centric solutions. Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to improve product offerings. Maintain and improve code quality, system efficiency, and development processes. Design scalable solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy. Engage in hiring processes to build a strong engineering team. Utilize technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and others in development. Your toolkit 6+ years of software development experience. Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks. High proficiency in Java and experience with web application architecture. Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code. Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English. Experience in customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making. Knowledgeable in AI technologies with mature judgment for quality and security.
