Offer: Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program paid time off Daily tasks: - Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business challenges - Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines for modelling and reporting - Translate business requirements into data science problems with defined success metrics - Prepare, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis and modelling - Communicate results and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences - Work with product teams to integrate data science solutions into operational workflows - Ensure all models and analyses comply with data ethics and privacy standards - Lead experiments to test hypotheses and improve product or service performance - Build capability across teams by mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices - Contribute to the data science community and represent the organisation externally where appropriate Proven experience (3+ years) in data science or advanced analytics roles Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (preferred) or R Proficiency in using data visualisation tools to communicate findings Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling Experience working with large, complex datasets Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance principles Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments Experience of applying version control in GitHub and of collaborating with others on codebases Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Written and verbal proficiency in English is required Nice to have: Experience in a commercial, or education technology environment Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with modern data engineering tools and frameworks Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles Publications, conference presentations, or contributions to the data science community Experience of working with ML or AI Engineers Must have: Python, Power BI, Tableau, Spark, Databricks, NumPy, pandas Nice to have: AWS, Azure, GCP, Machine learning, Agile
