Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist PromoMats The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products. Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio. Daily tasks: - Implement and maintain Java based solutions with Veeva’s Vault Java SDK for record triggers, object actions, and document workflows - Develop and extend application capabilities through Java-based solutions using the Vault Java SDK - Configure Vault metadata, lifecycles and workflows - Support integration and development projects - Maintain and document integrations using REST APIs - Collaborate on requirements gathering and testing - Work closely with business to establish technical solutions 3+ years in Java programming and REST APIs Experience in configuring Veeva Vault based solutions (Certification and experience in PromoMats preferred) Knowledge of VQL and integration tools Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and willingness to fill different roles with in it (Understanding of Agile tools (preferred: Azure DevOps (ADO)) Experience with larger scale (3k +) user access management Experience in creating technical documentation Fluent in English, both written and spoken Ability to communicate clearly, understand complex requirements and translate them into Vault technical configuration Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team Must have: Veeva Vault, Java
