Business Analyst

[компания] is looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to lead discovery, gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholder communication, and support the development team in delivering solutions aligned with client needs. Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. - Understand the client's business, processes, goals, and challenges. - Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. - Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams. - Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and designers. - Support the development team throughout implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities. - Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. - Support UAT and validate delivered functionality against business requirements. - Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development. - Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering activities. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC. - Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Experience working with cross-functional development teams in Agile environments. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage changing requirements and competing priorities. - Good command of written and spoken English. Nice to Have - Knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST APIs, and system integrations. - Experience working with international clients. -BA Certification
