Material Controller

Company Sector: Main Contractor Reward Condition: Probation Pass Referrer Award: HKD 5,000 OR Applicant Award: HKD 1,500   Job Responsibilities: Prepare the Purchase Requisition Form with details including the brand name, type, specification, quantity and the required delivery time Check and inspect materials as per Material Inspection Checklist, Architect’ approval and Contract Specification Record material/tools inventory and prepare the summary for all hand tools/equipment use on site Prepare and keep daily material delivery record and delivery orders Prepare monthly concrete and rebar use record and submit to Project Management Team and Purchasing Department, to monitor material usage under allowable wastage Regularly check inventory stock and maintain accurate record for material inspection, dispatch and inventory Follow corporate policy to manage remaining stocks Job Requirement: Certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent 2 years’ relevant experiences in building construction
