Senior Delivery Manager (CRM)

Model: remote Engagement: full-time Responsibilities: Make sure delivery standards and best practices are followed across CRM projects Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools and methodologies Monitor project performance, KPIs and how well projects meet quality benchmarks Help project teams solve delivery challenges and manage risks Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of CRM delivery frameworks Work with stakeholders to align CRM delivery with business goals Coach and guide project managers and delivery teams Requirements: Proven hands-on experience delivering CRM projects (must-have) , such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms Several years in delivery management, project or program management, or PMO roles in IT or consulting Experience defining and improving delivery standards, frameworks and quality processes Good knowledge of delivery KPIs, project health monitoring and risk management Experience coaching or mentoring project managers and delivery teams Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link delivery to business outcomes Familiarity with Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches Fluent English We offer: B2B contract (up to 150 PLN net/h + VAT) Fully remote service delivery Broad range of projects (internal, international) - genuine variety of clients and tasks Budget for skills development and certifications as part of the collaboration Regular collaboration reviews and discussion of project scope Additional benefits available as part of the collaboration Networking and team-building events for project teams
