WE ARE HIRING : Manager – Sales & Marketing Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Freight Forwarding Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead business development initiatives, expand international markets, and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on developing strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering high-performance sales outcomes within the freight forwarding industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets Identify and expand into new international markets and business opportunities Promote freight forwarding services to target customers and industries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop new products and service offerings based on market demand Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and performance analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activities Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field Professional qualification such as CIM / SLIM will be an added advantage Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing , preferably in freight forwarding or logistics Skills & Competencies Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong client relationship management abilities Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset Ability to explore new markets and drive international business growth Ready to take your career to new heights?
