Effective Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clearly conveying technical concepts. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on software development, with a focus on PHP. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, with experience in frameworks like Laravel or Codeigniter; familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
