Project Controller

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria. For our client - International manufacturing company we are looking for Project Controller.   Key responsibilities: Project Accounting Month End Closing on Projects Regular and ad-hoc financial reporting Continuous improvement of Project profitability together with the Delivery Мanagement (Identification of billable expenses in line with the contract, co-driver in implementing measures to assure project profitability) Telling the story behind the figures to business stakeholders InterCo handling Masterdata Management Strong Interface between Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Finance and Business  Responsible. Support in monitoring and control of the project financial KPIs, focusing on profitability and cash flow, ensuring compliance with Group Reporting Definitions and IFRS at any point of the project lifecycle. Preparation of Input/Commentary to Auditors.   Requirements :  3-5 years (Controlling Background, ideally MS Project Controlling or Service Controlling Experience) Fluent in business English & German (business) language written and verbal communication skills essential. Experience with SAP and MS Office Should be a reliable person with practical IFRS knowledge and some starting experience in project controlling. First experience and understanding of principles like revenue recognition (PoC) and cost mechanics.
