AML Specialist ### Requirements **\- At least 2 years of professional experience in AML within a financial institution or other regulated financial business;** \- Good understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions compliance principles; \- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; \- Ability to identify unusual transaction patterns and assess AML risks; \- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and ability to work with large amounts of data; \- Experience working with transaction monitoring or AML monitoring systems; **\- Experience with blockchain/crypto transaction monitoring tools is an advantage;** \- Good attention to detail and ability to work with complex information; \- Ability to document analysis and conclusions clearly; \- Good communication and teamwork skills; \- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. \- ACAMS or other relevant professional certification will be considered an advantage. ### Key Responsibilities \- Conduct customer and transaction monitoring in accordance with AML/CFT and sanctions requirements; \- Review and analyze alerts generated by transaction monitoring and blockchain monitoring systems; \- Analyze customer profiles, transaction patterns, source of funds/source of wealth information, and other relevant data; \- Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially high-risk activity; \- Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers and transactions; \- Review sanctions, PEP and adverse media alerts and perform appropriate analysis; \- Analyze cryptocurrency transactions and wallet activity, including blockchain exposure and transaction flows; \- Prepare AML-related reports, analyses, and case documentation; \- Maintain accurate records of investigations and AML-related decisions; \- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis using Excel; \- Cooperate with Compliance, B2B, Customer Support and other relevant teams on AML-related matters; \- Participate in the improvement and optimization of AML monitoring and control processes; \- Support AML audits, regulatory requests, and internal reviews. ### We Offer \- Opportunity to work in the rapidly developing cryptocurrency and blockchain industry; \- Professional development in AML/CFT, sanctions and blockchain compliance; \- Experience with crypto-related AML risks and monitoring technologies; \- A dynamic and international working environment. #### Working terms Your Official Start in the Web3 World: * Join a team that's creating a new reality. * Official employment with tax compensation ensures stability even in the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.
