Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF) Responsibilities: Support and act as an Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities Drive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestones Facilitate daily project team standups, focused (virtual) workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings Maintain action and decision logs and project documentation Drive accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholders Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating where appropriate Maintain project progress trackers for and prepare status reports, presentations for management Support project governance processes and reporting requirements Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities Requirements: Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments Proven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments Experience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practices Understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutions Experience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives Fluency in English Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilities Analytical and problem-solving mindset and great communication skills Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
