Its projects combine complex backend systems, databases, integrations and modern web technologies. The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery. About the Role We are looking for a Mid-level Java / Full Stack Developer to join one of our client’s engineering teams. The role is primarily focused on hands-on development, working with Java and Spring on the backend while also contributing to frontend development. You will work with existing enterprise systems, develop new functionality and cooperate closely with other developers, analysts and testers. The recruitment process and technical expectations are similar to the Tech Lead role, but with a stronger focus on practical development rather than architecture and team leadership. Your responsibilities Developing and maintaining applications using Java and Spring Implementing new functionalities and improving existing solutions Working with Angular and frontend components Working with Oracle databases and SQL/PLSQL Writing unit and integration tests Participating in code reviews and technical discussions Cooperating with analysts, QA engineers and other developers Supporting CI/CD and maintaining development standards Investigating and resolving technical issues Requirements Commercial experience with Java and Spring Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development principles Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle Experience with Angular or another modern frontend framework Understanding of automated testing and CI/CD Ability to work with existing, complex enterprise applications Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with the full software development lifecycle What we offer 14,000–18,000 PLN/month Employment based on UoP or B2B 100% remote work Long-term projects and stable cooperation Opportunity to work with complex enterprise systems Collaboration with experienced development, QA and analysis teams
