Technical Recruiter (US/LATAM/Europe)

iDelsoft is a US-based software consulting and staffing company headquartered in Tampa Bay. We help high-growth startups to scale with elite engineering talent. Some senior roles we're hiring for: Founding Engineer, AI Engineer, Product Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Backend Engineer. What You'll Do Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer Source and screen technical talent across the US, LATAM, Europe. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records Source through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and outreach tools Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate follow-ups Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process What We're Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting or staffing Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical roles Experience hiring across the US and LATAM markets Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools Strong organization, research, and communication skills Fluent English (C1/C2) Availability to work until at least 2 PM EST / 8 PM CET Staffing agency experience is a plus Benefits 100% remote Competitive USD salary + bonus for each successful hire Flexible PTO International team and clients Udemy training covered $200 work-from-home equipment allowance If you enjoy finding exceptional technical talent and working in a fast-moving international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
