Talent Acquisition Manager (80-100K)

Position: Talent Acquisition Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for advising business leaders and overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process for management positions. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, policies, systems, and processes to attract top talent to our organization. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process for management positions. Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates. Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, including headhunters, outsourcing agents, and universities. Coach and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly for management positions. Experience in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
