Hiring Position : International Business Development Manager: Entertainment Industry Working Location : Bangkok, Thailand (BTS and MRT Accessible) Working Conditio n : Hybrid Pay Rate: THB 150K to THB 250K __________________________________________________________________________ ABOUT THE POSITION: Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong connections with recording companies and talent academies worldwide (e.g., YG, Hybe, UMG, RCA). Develop and manage partnerships with media partners in Thailand and internationally. Drive business growth both in Thailand and internationally. Build and align partnerships with clients and partners in Thailand and internationally. Conduct feasibility studies and develop investment models for new business opportunities. Qualifications: Extensive network within the music and talent industry. Proven experience in building and managing international partnerships. Strong business development skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to conduct feasibility studies and develop investment models. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
