Middle AI-Native Full-Stack Developer

Coralsoft is looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Developer who actively uses AI agents and modern coding tools to build software faster and smarter. We're looking for someone who treats AI as a core part of their development workflow, not just an occasional assistant. You should be confident using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to independently build, debug, and ship production-ready features. Requirements 2+ years of commercial development experience Strong hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) Ability to effectively prompt, guide, and orchestrate AI agents for complex development tasks Experience with AI-assisted development across the full software development lifecycle Strong JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge Solid experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and third-party integrations Ability to review, debug, and validate AI-generated code Ability to independently own and deliver features English B2+ Main Stack AI: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, AI Agents Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Zustand Backend: Node.js, NestJS / Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Supabase Tools: Git, GitHub, Docker, Vercel Big Plus Experience building custom AI agents and automated workflows Experience with MCP servers, agent orchestration, and AI integrations Experience with React Native / Expo Experience with Python (FastAPI / Django) Experience with Flutter / Dart Experience with LLM APIs and RAG systems What We Offer $1,600–$2,200/month, full-time Fully remote work AI-first development environment Different projects and domains Paid courses and mentorship English classes compensation 12 paid vacation days + 10 paid sick days Unlimited unpaid days off 1-month trial period
