Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Overview and Responsibilities Fundraising and Financial Management Lead fundraising activities, particularly Series B rounds, ranging from $15-40 million USD. Oversee financial management and investor relations post-funding, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage investor relationships, providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives. Strategic Financial Planning Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Participate in business strategy development, offering financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors. Required Skills and Experience 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Proven track record of leading successful fundraising for Series B/C rounds ($15-40 million USD). Alternatively, 5+ years of advisory experience (M&A) at a senior level within Big 4 firms (KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, PWC). Ability to formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies, actively participating in business strategy development. Competence in financial management, including cost control, project management, accounting oversight, and tax management. Leadership experience in mergers, acquisitions, and alliances (MMA) to drive strategic growth initiatives. Experience in strategic financial planning and execution, preferably in the technology or startup sector. Fluent in English. Exposure to international environments, such as education or work experience abroad, is highly desirable.
