Rust Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems using Rust. Collaborate with quantitative analysts and other developers to implement trading algorithms. Optimize existing code for performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in Rust development, with portfolio of projects is a plus. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with low-latency systems and performance optimization techniques is not necessary but a puls. Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts. Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., C++, Python) is a plus.
