WE ARE HIRING: Business Associate / Executive – Finance Analyst Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Finance / Corporate Services Role Overview We are looking for a Business Associate / Executive – Finance Analyst to support finance operations through data-driven insights and reporting. This role focuses on managing Power BI dashboards, supporting inventory and GIT handling, assisting with month-end reporting, and delivering accurate management information to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards. Assist in inventory management and GIT handling. Assist in preparing the monthly management financial statements report package. Assist in preparing regular internal and external reports. Support month-end reporting activities. Provide required management information for specific information requests from the Holding Company and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualifications Full or part qualification in a recognized Professional Accounting Body. Degree in Finance or Business Analytics from a recognized local or foreign university. Experience 2–3 years of experience in business analysis using Power BI will be an added advantage.
