QA Automation Engineer

Our client, Digital Hub based in the city centre of Barcelona is looking for a QA Automation Engineer . In this Role, you'll be responsible for: As a QA Engineer, you'll work within a Squad team and you'll get involved in the entire development process. You'll create, update and maintain the test set which covers the Squad products. You'll build software that test software by coding (using Python). Compose, execute and assess results of automation tests. Provide QA metrics on your Squad for contributing to the Data Driven culture. Collaborate closely with developers, designers and product owners. Generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company.  Required Skills: Computer Science Engineering or related field 3+ years experience as QA Automation Engineer Proven experience in software Testing. Proven experience working with agile development practices. Knowledge about BDD strategy. Experience on API Testing. Programming experience in any object-oriented language. Gherkin / Cucumber, Postman Programming experience in Python. Experience managing a custom testing framework. Proven experience using BDD Frameworks. Experience on non-functional testing. Experience on Big Data Testing is a BIG plus. Experience in CI environments.
