HIRING POSITION: Quality Assurance and Risk Management Lead WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE) Job Description Oversee 3 core functions - Risk Management, Security Operations, and Quality Control Set directions and ensure mitigation strategy for operation and compliance risks Uplift security operations to investigate, prevent, and deter any fraud activities within the organization Ensure operation adherence to company standard operation policy. Conducting operation audits and establishing policies to improve operation standards. Qualifications Bachelors or Master Degree in related fields More 7 years experience in a Project Management would be an advantage (experience in consulting field is advantageous) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills; able to work and communicate well with cross-functional parties Strong communication skills in English and Thai, able to communicate clearly including well-developed interpersonal A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments Be able to fit in with the fast-paced culture of the team Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office, able to use SQL/ python would be an advantage
