We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French, working on-site (hybrid model) in Prague. What You'll Do : Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients  and agency stakeholders, building strong, trusted partnerships. Manage end-to-end localization, transcreation, and creative production projects  across multiple markets and channels. Coordinate internal teams  (design, language, digital, post-production, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Lead client communications , status meetings, and project planning activities. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time , within budget, and aligned with quality and brand standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. What You Bring : Fluent or native-level  French  and professional  English . 5+ years of  experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Production Management  within a  creative agency, production studio , or localization environment. Strong experience  managing international clients  and complex, multi-market projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Leadership potential with the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-5 people. Understanding of localization, transcreation, and creative production workflows, with the ability to bridge client needs and production requirements. Why Join Us?
