You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and change initiatives; build scalable people frameworks; manage cross-functional projects; support M&A activity; and use people data to inform decisions.
